Thanks for updating the poll. You have this problem of forgetting entries. I'm sure there's a medicine for that... Rolling Eyes

Wait! You forgot ACPin's entry!

..Oh, wait, he didn't enter this one. Razz We won't have to reset the poll again.

Great entries everyone! Too bad about the low turnout, but there's still some great jokes here!

Mine didn't come up right. It has no words in the speech bubble...

And I sent it on the 22nd by mistake, resent it with the words on the 23rd...

Well, I'm screwed. In quite a cheap way.

I voted for Kyle's comic. I thought it was just perfect. Perfect lighting, perfect timing, and just overall funny. There were a lot of other close runners (including the hilarious comic by Septemris!) but if you cursed in a panel I didn't vote for you. Sorry but I don't need a swear to make the joke funny.

Kyle's comic is just perfect. The scene is well done and the pictures are great. That's the only one that made me laugh out loud. Just to check, is Dang a swear word? (I'm a french canadian so...) Wink

I think this contest is really cool. I'm probably going to do some more of these webcomics, since there are so much stupid things Lucas did that need to be laughed at. Very Happy

Thanks, man! I've been working hard on my LEGO comic-making skills for quite some time now. I love making LEGO comics. So I was glad to have this chance to show off my abilities. Of course, the competition is tough, as always, but maybe I can actually win this time. Or with luck maybe I can at least make second place (for bragging rights, ya know).

BTW, I'm surprised Chris Pederson's has no votes. I actually thought it was one of the funniest, especially if you read the contest rules (which clearly state that the TIE/D isn't allowed in a comic) ::D:

The sophistication that was exhibited in such a subtle manner by septembris showed a level of genius that is not unlike that of Leonardo Da Vinci. But, like Leonardo, Septembris will only be truly appreciated when they are dead. However, you can reverse this trail to oblivion by voting for his comic. It is, as you say, Perdy good.

I thought there were some pretty funny ones and a few I didn't get, but Ryan's (Lights) hit me with that unexpected twist and actually made me laugh out loud!

Order 66 one wasn't very funny, if he used Jedi Jimmy it would have been funnier. Since the Jedi was custom it was way too easy to make a joke, using Jimmy would have made more sense, making fun of LEGO's choices, such as I did with the buzz droids.

Kyle's was great! I can see I'm not alone in saying this. Plus it was one of the only ones that you could both see the photos and read all the words.

There were a few (like the one with the star destroyer) that I couldn't read some of the words on: even when I found out how to enlarge it. Or do I just have bad vision? Sad
