Hey all,

My latest vignette project: the U.S.S. Vignette. This will be a series of modular vignettes, which when done should create the interior of an attack submarine.

Thus far, it includes:

The Torpedo Room:

The Bridge:

And the whole boat this far:

The entire gallery (when moderated):

Hope you like it,
Steve

Awesome! I've never tried my hand at vignettes like these and I'm continually amazed at how much "feeling" you can fit in such a small space. Any idea how many of the vignettes will be lined up at the end to form the entire interior?

I think four is about the max I can do without it looking ridiculously long, so two more to do. I'm thinking sleeping quarters and then an engine room at the stern.

Sweet, reminds me of the Chateau Vignette, in that it is a series of vignettes making one big vignette.

Thanks. The Chateau is actually what gave me the idea. I was only going to do the bridge scene. I'm thinking about reworking it to make the tower minifig accessable.

Decided that three vignettes weren't enough for today, so I added a new room to my submarine: The Bunk Room, where the sailors can catch up on their 'Z's, in tiny cramped beds.

The whole boat (yes I said boat, submarines are technically boats, not ships) thus far:

The whole nautical gallery:
