Do you play star wars lego with your friends?
I gather with 7-8 friends of mine to build star wars lego over the weekend all the time.
It is not only fun to build together, the weekly gathering also strengthen our friendship. |

I have a friend who is into SW LEGO, so we sometimes build together, yes. _________________ Am I the only one who sometimes comes here, logs in, and fools around?

I play by myself in a dark basement with my imaginary friends, Bob and Stacy. We build TIE Fighters and throw them at old people. _________________

I've not *gasp* touched my LEGO in about six months, and there was another six month gap before that, but before then I never played LEGO with friends. It stems from the disparaging view of playing with LEGO that was in your other, similar thread. _________________

I have no idea what that means. Please insert an appropriate verb, lest I use one of my own. _________________

Madlibs! Yay!
My running crew is not really into the brick, but one of my closest friends picks up sets occasionally. One thing is for sure, my collection definitely impresses most of my male friends (though one of them made the claim "dude, you make me look like a jock" in reference to the nerd factor).
My LEGO play buddy is my 6-year-old daughter. _________________ Hail Brains!

No, I don't. But I do have two friends who are enjoy Star Wars and collecting other star wars items besides lego. About a month ago, about six of my friends and I had a movie "day" over Thanksgiving break where we watched a bunch of awesome movies like The Godfather and Iron Man. Of course I brought all six Star Wars films, and we watched them strait through. I had a huge butt cramp at the end . _________________ Do or do not, there is no try!!! |

I pretty much build on my own. I don't really play with the LEGO, but I enjoy rearanging everything in the room to make space for new sets. My kids (3 & 5yrs old) sometimes "help". That usually adds a couple of hours to building since they tend to slow the process down.
If I do any playing, it is with my son, making up routes with his Geotrax train sets. It turns out that's pretty fun. _________________ <O> <O>

I play with my little bro who is 9
he's allways busting to play with the "new set" and makes the building process go a hundred miles an hour faster so he can swoosh and bang bang all he likes and let his imagination go nuts |

!!! Dude, same here! We totally have to chill sometime.
Anyway, I don't really play, show off, or build sets with any friends, or really any family. None of my friends (or anyone at my school) is into Legos, so I hide in the Lego closet, even though if anyone ever walked into my room they would be instantly stunned, mouth completely agape, at how I manage to use my room functionally in between all the sets I have on display ("It's a symbotic relationship, really.") I play by creating my old battles and scenarios. Since I love both the CW and OT, I don't like segregating those sets when I actually do model or play with them, so I've devised a new story. _________________ You can never eat too many brains, because there will never be a shortage of them. No, I don't play with star wars legos with my friends, but I talk to them a lot about them to get them interested.
However, me and two friends love playing Lego Star Wars The Video Game together. They seem to enjoy it more than I do and whenever they come over to my house, they always ask to play that game instead of my ps3 haha. _________________ Brickshelf gallery:

Wow! Me and my friend do the same thing. We've been designing a game for three years, and have been building massive armies to crush each other. Ahhh, *sigh* nothing more nerdy then making a game with Star Wars Lego's. _________________ Having and entire Lego TIE Squadron is freakin awesome. That or really nerdy. |

Nope, none of my friends are into Lego at my age. Years ago a few of my friends were into playing with my Lego (or Breaking it all)
But the only person who I ever REALLY played Lego with and had an actually story to what we were doing was my cousin. _________________

I have a building buddy, we go to each others houses and build Star Wars, but mostly we do trains (mostly we just build unusual tracks for the train, including jumps).
We usually meet every second sunday, alternatly switching homes so there is always one of our mums shaking her head telling us we need to find girls (were 20).
And no he is not imaginary (...but next time i see him i will check), and i dont throw my creations at old people .... yet |

I build with my eleven year old brother. Lots of great times up in our attic, in our freezing "LEGO room". Last night it was around 20 degrees Farenheit in there.
Yes, I wear layers. _________________ Ded. D-e-d |

I usually play by myself, but every once in a while, I get to play LEGO with other members of QuéLUG (all adults BTW).
One of these time was when we made a collective layout for a Sun Youth train show. The last afternoon, there was so little visitors (in fact, we saw no one for a good 2 ½ hours) that I started going around our city layout with a LEGO 4-wheeler. Soon, every member was going "Vroum vroum" around the city with their vehicle, with all the other show participants looking at us with a big smile, seeing how we all still had our inner child. One member even took one of his buses on a rampage around the city.
Priceless LEGO moment IMHO. _________________

I only know one other person who is into SW LEGO, and we don't see each other that often, So I usually build alone. Having said that I'm taking him to a LEGO store this weekend so we are going to build some sets together. But only knowing one other person means my hobby is only experienced by me. _________________ My Avatars:

Long ago, when we were both kids, yes. We'd role-play a live-action New Jedi Order-style TV series on our own channel and even throw in advertisements and merchandising. That evolved into a comic project which eventually collapsed under the brunt of Singapore homework. _________________ Ironic, huh.
