So I was going for a Firefly feel to this. But, it came out a little different then I thought. So here, look at it.

Set on Flickr.

So, Comment, Criticize, and what not.

Now how did I miss this? Razz

Not a bad diorama, I'd say. Landscaping looks good, especially the rock and the colour variations on brown soil. The positioning of minifigs is quite good, too, as well as the pond and the strech of road.
Pretty nice, overall. Works quite well.

The only thing I'd criticize is the overall feel of emptyness; especially the brown-soiled ground looks like it could do with some more detailing, like plants, rocks and little hills. Perhaps the whole thing would look better if more compact, I don't know.

Yeah, compactness would be good. But, I wanted to try out a large sized Dio. I pondered putting a vehicle of sorts in but, meh, couldn't think of vehicle to fit in.

You could also expand the ruins and perhaps even put a turret there.

Down with the purplebellies!

That one valiant warrior looks like he needs told to "find someone to carry you".
