I know he sold off most of his stuff in the BSTF last month. I don't know if he still hangs around here.

Really? I wasn't aware. Well in that case, if no one else wants it, I'll do a little work with it and get a new copy available.

Thanks,

Awesome list! Been using it for a couple of weeks now. I modified it a little bit and the link is here SW Lego List.

Added the 2007 sets so far. Lines will now change blue when you have a set. Also corrected an issue with the number of sets it was listing, something was off in the formula. ***Please note that I take absolutely NO credit for this list.*** Hair Jedi is the creator of the list and ALL credit goes to him. I will remove this post and the link if there is a problem. Also note that I have not updated any of the suggestions or bugs that have been posted in the thread. There were 4 pages of stuff to go through.

Hope this helps.

I know we're still awaiting an official update, but in the meantime I thought I'd point out, in case it hadn't been brought up before....

Set 7115 Gungan Patrol is still listed in the wrong year of release. This spreadsheet has it in 2002, but it was actually part of the 2000 line.

I'll have to do some checking to get USD pricing for sets, we are in Canada and I got no official retail pricing up here. I'll check what I can find.

Heya Andi,

Just going through my spreadsheet and I noticed a couple of things:

1) Set 6211 (line 162, set worksheet) has the 2 stormtroopers counted twice on the minifig sheet. Lines 53 and 54. Not sure which is the correct version as I haven't opened my set yet. Embarassed

2) Set 6212 (line 163, set worksheet) does not have any of the minifigs accounted for on the minifig sheet.

Hope this helps.

I updated it today with adding missing keychains, the two new magnets and the minfigs from 6212 X-Wing.
HairJedi will upload the updated version very soon.

1st off, love the spreadsheet, awesome work. But I noticed a mistake, you only have 1 version of the Clone Turbo Tank. They released another version with a non-LULS windu and another clone trooper.

Cool tool, I had something similar, but mine had no pictures, it had links to pictures, which I just added to the set numbers. Anyway, the only thing I would like to see added, which I have worked a little on, would be the addition of a "MISB" or In sealed box column, for those who have sets but want to know how many they actually have opened as well, I also summed up these two to get a grand total. One other thing would be a count of the number of different sets you have, ie, instead of Count, do a countif >1. I also would like a minifig count per set with the total at the bottom to see what my armies look like. Oh and on the fig sheet it would be nice to have sub totals for Lukes, Hans, Leias, Stormies, etc. at maybe an Empire and Rebel count. I fully expect none of these changes to be made, but would be happy if they did get made, or maybe I'll send you mine if I do it.

The beauty of Excel is that you can tweak yours however you want, to do whatever you want.

When I desgned this in the beginning, it was a basic spreadhseet to keep track of sets, figuring others could modify their own copy as they wished. Some permanenet changes (the 3-D references from the set sheet to the minifig sheet, the average price per piece, etc) were only put in after many, many people asked for them to be put in. If I (or Andi now) added every little feature everyone wanted, the whole thing would become a big, convoluted nightmare.

So, you DL the basic sheet, and mod yours out to your hearts content.

Also, if I may add as a notice for everyone:

If you've modded your sheet out, good on ya. If you want to tell Andi or I about the mod you made, feel free to... but please... please do NOT send me every copy of your modded sheets. Not pointing any fingers, but there have been a few members who feel the need to send me "their version" every time they change a price listing.

If you've made a mod I or Andi think might be useful in a future version, either of us will ASK you to send it to us. Otherwise, please just drop a reply in here or a PM with what you did. [/PSA]

Cheers,
Michael - Hair Jedi

OK, I have a spreadsheet with the piece count for each piece number and color for all the sets I have, which are 3219 4475 4476 4477 4479 4480 4483 4484 4485 4486 4487 4488 4489 4492 4494 4500 4501 4502 4504 6206 6207 6208 6209 6210 6211 7103 7104 7106 7110 7113 7119 7127 7128 7130 7134 7139 7140 7144 7146 7150 7153 7166 7180 7181 7190 7191 7200 7201 7203 7204 7250 7260 7261 7264 7656 7657 10019 10030 10123 10129 10131 10134 10143 10144 10174 10179
I still need to have a column that multiplies the number of sets you have times the pieces in the set so you can see how many of each piece you have. I thought it might be usefull if you want to constructa a set you did not purchase, but were able to download the instructions. I might have time in the comming month to finish it. If anyone is interested I may add all the piece inventories from peeron, but I definitely won't if no one is interested. I still need 10175 but peeron does not have the list yet.

Just noticed, on the minifig side of the inventory tracking sheet, you have snow trooper counted twice for set 4504. Excel lines 102 and 121. Only 1 snow trooper came with this set unless I am mistaken.

Edit: This was directed to Andi and the current official inventory sheet.

I do it.
But I was a little bit lazy lately, and the newest update wasn't uploaded to its original address. I need to find another place for uploading it.
