I'd asked about this on the old FBTB a long time ago but've managed to lost the link again, and all my searching on Brickshelf hasn't turned anything up. I'm looking for a particular MOC of a hoverbike that was on Brickshelf within the past year.

What I remember is that it's made from one of the three-wheeled bikes' chassis (like cop bikes released recently have used) and uses several lightsaber pieces in white, grey, black, etc. (depending on the color of the bike) as bars or connectors. I think there was also a Photoshopped "ad" that had an image of the bike and some slogan about speed or going too fast or something in the gallery. I'm pretty sure the gallery also had simplified instructions on how to put three or four variations of the bike together.

Ring a bell?

It totally rings my bell, baby. Click the pic.

It's made by Tom Gion (Killermoth.)

Ahhh, yes!! Killermoth, his name was on the tip of my tongue, thanks! I finally got around to ordering the Community Workers minifig pack a couple weeks ago and it had a few of those trike bodies (first ones I've gotten) in it. I'd been meaning to make some hoverbikes with his instructions but then couldn't remember what the gallery was.

Heh, thanks again Smile

You know, I was just looking at those last night. Finally a use for those tricycle parts.
