I got the PSP version because it is the only system I have. (Why didn't they make one for the computer.) I must say that it is AWESOME. The graphics and cut scenes are very impressive for the system. And the environments are surprisingly very destructible for being on a small system. Also, along with the story play you get a bunch of really cool quick play features. The PSP version is a must get for someone with a PSP.

The game started out a little slow for me. It soon started to pick up and, once I got some combos under my belt, I began to really enjoy the game. There are some things that stunned me...and that's hard to do in a video game. Pretty cool!

I haven't finished the game yet so it is still pretty fresh. I am concerned that it will become monotonous (like Spider-man 2) once I do finish. In the meantime, there nothing better than an all-out force battle with Jedi in hiding. Did I mention the story line is engaging?

Is anyone has any of codes for the game, it would nice to have them.

For 360 owners, don't put those codes in until you get all the achievements (if you care), otherwise you won't get the points.

It's a really good game so far. Fun and great story line. If only there was multiplayer...

I personally love this game. The graphics are great, the story is kick butt and the game play is remarkable. Very Happy

One thing though that is making me mad is Star Destroyer Level. It is literally impossible to beat. I mean once you start to bringing down the Destroyer, Tie Fighters come and start shooting you letting the ship escape. Mad

You have to pull the star destoyer into a specific position before you can pull it in. I already completed the game and am halfway done through the second playthrough. I'm using a guide to help me find the holocrons. I will have 100%!

The first part of the Death Star Level there is too many Purge Troopers and those AT-St's and AT-CT's. Confused

I just finished the game with both endings. I have to say, I really wish they used this time period for the tv series, the birth of the Rebellion era is awesome. All the OT references, especially the way they tied up the "canon" light side ending, gave me chills.

I hated that part, took me only like 20 tie fighter waves to do it, Rolling Eyes but I finally got it.

OK first off DON'T FOLLOW THE STICKS! Yes that's right focus on the "nose" of the SD and get it pointing straight at the screen, until the red light behind the stick pattern turns green. After the light behind the sticks has been green for a couple seconds you now FOLLOW the sticks, and hopefully finish the level. Repeat as necessary,(straightening it out and pulling it down) and be sure to use lightning on the ties as it can be very fast once you get the hang of it. (20 waves Rolling Eyes )

I hope this helps avoid frustration, as I was jumping out of my skin I was so mad. Mad Anyways hope it helps.

Yeah, get the Star Destroyer centered with the point facing the screen, hold it in place until it allows you to pull it down, and pull it down until you see the tie fighters begin to fire at you. Once they do, move behind one of the pillars and (I) use the force to throw the ties at each other. Then resume pulling down the star destroyer. You usually have a little less than a minute to reposition the destroyer and pull it down some more. I can get it crashed after about 3-4 waves of ties.

Thanks for the tips!

I can't believe they took what should have been one of the coolest aspects of the game and turned it into the worst repetitive type of gameplay imaginable.

I beat the PSP version last night. The story was definitely cool. I don't know if the other versions have cutscenes where you have to press certain buttons at the right time, but I was getting really annoyed when I fought the Emperor. First of all, his health diminishes so slowly and when I entered the cutscene, the last button you have to press has a time slot of less than a second. I would just barely miss it and had to drain his helath again to enter the cutscene again. I don't know how many times I had to do this because I could not depend on the button being the same. I loved the music throughout the game. The original score for this game is great and it fits right along with the John William's music. I also thought the love scene was great and appropriate. (Don't judge me.) Wink

Has anybody played the DS version yet and care to comment on it? I'm a little wary of DS ports since playing that LSW II fiasco.

I tried posting this in another thread but apparently I must do so here.

WARNING SPOILERS !!!

I just beat Force Unleashed and overall I really enjoyed the game. It is easily the best Star Wars game I have played to date. There are just a few things that are bothering me about this game. I would appreciate everyone's feedback on the subjects.

1. Apprentice's Robot (Proxy?) What is the deal with him? Instead of everyone communicating with holographic projections they use Proxy. He shape shifts into them and basically lets the person communicating possess him? WTF? Not to mention the robot can assume someone else's appereance (Vadar, Shak Ti, Darth Maul) have their abilities as well??? Come on!!!! This was far and away the worst thing about the game. This robot is the Jar Jar of FU.

2. Kazdan Paratus - What's the Dilly with this thing as well? What was he the Jedi Librarian and since he was the last one left, decided to become the Temple Guardian?

3. Juno - She has got to be the hottest SW character so far. She is too hot for Star Wars. Who would play her in a movie? Most likely a playboy playmate. She is one of the most decorated officers in the Empire so I assume she is one of he meanest, nastiest people around. Next thing you know she is in love with the Apprentice and is upset that the sarlaac monster is in pain. HAHAHAH!

4. General Kota - He gets blinded by a lightsaber blade and then becomes a filthy drunk?? WTF? Not to mention he has no problem teaming up with the person who blinded him knowing full aware he was operating under Vader's command? He is a bumbling blind man, and I was under teh impression that Jedi's can use the force to see. "Trust your instincts Luke." They have to do better then this with the story line. Correct me if I am wrong, but I do believe he regained his eye site by the end of the game. Is there a Jedi Lasik ability we are unaware of?

5. Sarlaac Creature - What was going on with this? The Empire built a base in the stomach of a Sarlaac? Why in the world would you do this? At that end of the mission the Sarlaac seems to "pass wind" and you launch out a tree trunk (or whatever) back on to land. HUH? Now I am really confused. Is that the Sarlaac's patootie sticking out of the ground? Hold up a moment.

6. Apprentice - One second he is the meanest, baddest, person on the planet, next thing you know he is a nice guy working with the Rebels? Too much of a flip flop for me. Once you kill that many people (2000+ by level 4) is there any coming back that deep from the darkside?

7. Shak Ti Apprentice - Is she the first Jedi to teleport? WTF.

8. Darth Maul - How would Proxy have a program file of DM? He was kept secret from the Empire and Vader would have no idea who Maul was.

9. Rogue Shadow - Is this the first SW vehicle with cloaking ability? I always thought SW stayed away from "cloaking" because that was a Trekkie thing?

I'm afraid none of those criticisms made any sense to me.

1) I found these to be very imaginative and cool features on a droid. Would you prefer a static-y foot tall, blue hologram instead? And he and Jar Jar are at opposite ends of the cool scale.

2) Can't really comment, as in the Wii version you fight two Sith Lord spirits and Kento on three seperate occasions at the Jedi Temple (Awesome). I know nothing of this creature, but it sounds rad.

3) Um... K? She is attractive, we know.

4) Wha... of course he was using the Force to see, it's clearly suggested by his not crashing into walls and perfect perception of the location of the people around him. And regaining his sight after getting a saber planted into his eyes? He's not a starfish, I wouldn't regain my sight if I burned my eyes out. Again, he's seeing through the Force.

5) Come again? I'm certian that the Imperial base was a good distance away from the Sarlacc, not in the pit itself, and even the closest part, the small landing platform, was on the outer lip. As for the "wind", I'm pretty sure it was just releasing digestive gases, burping if you will. Simple as that.

6) That's called redemption, it's the motif the entire Star Wars saga, especially The Force Unleashed. I don't think evil is measured in how many people you mow down; Just look at The Emperor.

7) She teleported? Confused

8 ) I'm guessing that PROXY uses Maul's holo to attack Vader on Corellia in your version, on Wii he uses a Clone Wars-era Obi-Wan (With, oddly, a green lightsaber. Oh yeah, I think he picked up Kota's). Anyways, I don't think it's completely ridiculous that Palps passed on some info of his past apprentices onto Vader (, and he to Starkiller). Perhaps vader even dueled these holos himself for training.

9) No, the Imperial officer in the Empire Strikes Back clearly confirms the presence of cloaking devices in the Star Wars universe. The Rogue Shadow is a secret and advanced ship, and so no doubt Vader would have poured tons of money and the most advanced tech into it for his Starkiller's use. Cloaking devices are not Trekkie at all, and are actually some of the most plausible gadgets in Star Wars and Sci-Fi in general.

The Sith Infiltrator also had a cloaking device due to its experimental nature.

Kota's eyes are just uncovered at the end, he still cannot see.

(One of Darkblue's comments) The reason for PROXY wielding a green lightsaber as Obi-Wan is that it was Kota's lightsaber that was lying on the ground after Kota was captured.

I don't know what you mean about the creature guarding the Jedi Temple. Are you talking about the crazy Jedi who guards the pseudo temple on Raxus Prime?

And about Juno, she is not one of the nastiest Imperials. She shows compassion when she inwardly questioned the orders she was given about bombarding a helpless planet during her Imperial career. What's wrong with her being hot?

That base is clearly built in the Saralaac's stomach

Nothing wrong with Juno being hot.

I am playing through it now on Sith Lord difficulty.

What a difference with the bosses.

I need help! I was playing the game and i got to the first raxus prime level and i exited (i might have saved first) Then the next day i got on and it was the beginning of the raxus prime level and i entered a code for all the lightsaber color. Then i played all the way to the felucia level and halfway into it and i went to save then quit and it said saving has been disabled so i thought it automatically saved do i just quit. Now every time i go back on to play it starts at the beginning of the raxus prime level. Does anybody know whats happening? Confused This is preventing me from playing the rest of the game which is big bummer so i really need some help.

You can't save when you enter a code. Otherwise that would be too much of an advantage when you play on Sith Lord difficulty.

I just finished the game and I was wondering how to unlock the last cutscene. I think I would have to complete the game again, but I just want to be sure. I would search Google, but I don't want to accidently find a spoiler. Thanks in advance.

How do you guys all feel about the game after playing it?

I really enjoyed this game over all.

I finished it on the "Wii." And started playing it on my friend's xbox. The graphics are sweet on the xbox, but you get more content on the "Wii."

I know a lot of my friends over all have had mixed feelings about this game so far. Some were disappointed with the bugs or the fact that different systems got different levels/content etc. Others feel like the story was too rushed.

I was a bit disheartened when I read so many negative reviews right before it came out, but after playing through the game I personally feel that it has redeemed itself to me.

How do you all feel about it?

Is there a code for PS2 that unlocks all lightsaber colors and hilts?

I really would like to get blue crystal or more.
