This was a tough one; I like so many for so many different reasons. I really tried to put some thought into this:

1. Slave Leia (fleshie and yellow) - When RotJ came out way back in 1983, I was still a dork. I was 13 and never really thought of girls in a romantic sense. They were merely easy targets of torment. Carrie Fisher looked absolutely stunning in that outfit. I had never noticed that much leg on any girl before that. That was the start of my attraction to brunettes. So with this minifig there are some memories involved. The other things I like is (I’m not positive though) this is the only minfig with a belly button. Not to mention that this fig really is great material for Rocko’s creations.
2. The Jawas – I’ve always been fascinated with eyes. It’s the whole “windows to the soul” thing. When LEGO came out with these minifigs they seemed really capture the Jawa’s character with the way the eyes were done. There is a lot to reading a person’s face when communicating with them. A Jawa’s face just isn’t there, just the glow of those eyes, the windows to a faceless soul. I find it fascinating that they’re a trading race and you can’t see their face. It represents such a strange contradiction, as a business person, I would find it hard to get in their heads to satisfy them as a customer. They seem to symbolize capitalism in the modern age, the internet and such.
3. Darth Maul – This minifig is well represented. Many bad guys are just given a frown or a scar to show their affiliation with the Imperials or the dark side, but Darth Maul really looks pissed off. Again, the eyes are piercing and the detail in the head is fantastic. He appears to be ready to kick some butt, even in LEGO form.

I could go on with more figs, but I’ll keep it to three.

I like the Shock Trooper aswell

1. Shock Trooper

2. New droideka but if you don't count that as a minifig, I'll go with the new Phase 1 clone

3. Probably The Hutt, since he's really big and not much of a minifig

Pretty unusual

Kit Fisto, Snowies and Vader.

Pretty much all the minifigs are awesome - really, when you think about it - Star Wars Lego Minifigures!!!!

If i was 10 years old and Lego released minifigs of my favourite movie series ever, Id wet my pants:)

I had to draw faces and clothes on my old city minifigs to make them look like SW characters. Vader was easy though, just painted him totally Black with a Permanent Marker.

This is a hard list to narrow to just three, but here goes;

- Luke Skywalker (Bespin) - This was my first Kenner figure and have always liked this outfit. I have changed Luke over with the fleshie heads and hands though.

- Darth Vader - I remember not really having an opinion either way on SW LEGO until I got a Darth, well now it has just turned into an obsession.

- Clone trooper (Episode II) - This was a really well done figure, and they look great lined up together.

I forget what I said a year ago in this thread, and my choice has probably changed by now.

1. Rebel Trooper - Not too sure why, but I just Love that figure.

2. Han Solo (UCS Falcon) - Again not sure why, but He's always been one of my person favourites. Any of the Hans, but the best one I have seen is in the UCS Falson, or new Death Star set.

3. Boba or Jango Fett - Don't care which one, I like them both equally

It is tricky to narrow it down... but drawn to aliens with moulded heads and figures with extra printing;

1. Watto

2. Greedo

3. Cloud City Boba

With a special mention to winged Geonosians and Kashyyyk troopers.

I'll narrow it down to three.

1. Darth Vader. What's not to love about our favorite baddy?

2. Any of the new Phase 1 clones, but especially Fox Cool .

3. Any Wookiee. I only have chewie, but I really want more.

Come to think of it, all of them are really good, but these are the ones with the best detail. If these had printed legs they would own the universe!

Tough to narrow it down but I'm gonna go with

Darth Maul without the hood and with an extra lightsaber blade.

Darth Vader because you can take his helmet off and you get a grey head scarred Anakin. That's bad patootie.

The ewoks. Enough molded detail so they look like ewoks but lack of paint applications so that it keeps the simple LEGO charm.

Honorable mentions go to the Imperial Inspection Emperor and Royal Guard.

My three probably seem weird, but I have my little reasons.

1. The top spot goes to the first original At-At Driver - The 4483 AT-AT was the first big set I ever got, LEGO was mre of a luxury than an obsession back then. I also love his torso and helmet, he just appeals to me.

2. Clone Commander Fox - I was dubious about the new clones, and their cartoon look, but I think they are awesome now I own five of them. But Commander Fox is my favourite, I love the dark red of his armour, it just suits a daredevil clone commander. Coupled with his little acccessories I think he's great.

3. Printed Legs Stormtrooper - Another set I got when I wasn't an avid collector, and only went after the "cool" sets with lots of minifigures. The printed legs stormtrooper stands out in my army, I'm a sucker for extra printing, and his legs with their extra bits on them just give him a pride of place in my minifigures. Although I don't like moving him around much.

I had quite a few more vying for the thrid spot, there are so many great minifigures out there. Just a shame I lack some of the greaters, like cloud city Boba.

I would probally say the Cloud City Boba as number 1, but since I don't have one, I'll pick something else.

1) Green Clone from the Wookie Catameran- I just love this clone trooper, and I'v done many things with them. Its easy to make it a commander and such, and I just like the design

2) Rogue Shadow Darth Vader- I love the battle damaged aspect of it. And its a great design.

3) Lando Calrisian in the Sailbarge- I love the helmet in this set, it can be used for many other things other than Star Wars. And just love the all around fig.[/b]

2. My second favorite is Darth maul, because he's my favorite and him being in lego form is the best.

3.My third favorite is yoda because hes the best jedi in Star Wars hes just so hardcore i love his head mold.

These are my most prized minifigures I have so far:

1. Old Ben Kenobi (7110 Landspeeder)...my favorite character obviously Very Happy
2. Darth Vader (10131 TIE Fighter Collection)..how can't you love this guy?
3. Episode II Clone Troopers...do I need to say why?

Those guys are pretty much my favorites right now although it was hard narrowing it down to just three minifigures.

Honestly, I was just refering to the set which my Darth Vader came from. I don't recall any major differences though. And if there are, I stand corrected Wink .

1.Rebel soldiers. Nice face, nice helmet, nice suit. Nice.
2.Any protocal droid. Not sure why, though...
3.Any astromech droid. I find the design of them cool, since only the legs are a unique mould. Good job, Lego!

It's odd. all my favourites are generics, whilst most other peoples are heros/named.

Here are my favorite minifigs in no particular order.

Gungan Soldier Very Happy - It has the same great face mold as Jar Jar, but it is more rare.

Bespin Guard Very Happy - I just love every part of the figure, especially the smiley face.

Emperor Palpatine (Imperial Inspection) Very Happy - He looks so awesome with the gray face color.
