Started building immediately and already got one...
Now I read this thread, and it says: room needed for 2 prisoners...
Bah! mine only fits 1!
Back to the drawing board...
EDIT: can the figs in the cargohold lay down next to each other?
Since you say: room for 2 figs, well, I have room for two figs, but they're not sitting... _________________ Member #551 ... does that make me a FBTB-veteran?

I don't think that Jango will mind if his "cargo" is on top of each other _________________ )2eady? "A Royale with cheese"

well to clear it up for anyone else there are two contests:
Minifig scale slave III
Mini scale slave III
If I have 7 or more contestants in the minifig scale I will give a scout for the prize, same thing goes for the mini scale. If I have 30 or more contestants in all I will offer a grand prize for the best slave in all which is the 4502 x-wing.
I hope that clears everything up.

OK, Yes I'm here and still alive as to some concerns more specificly 1 :D but non the less I think I'll have to do this as I once had a sweet 99.9% custom Slave I, wich was taken to scrap for parts. So watch out here I come Darky, Goldy, Schism's, Greedy, and of course all the rest . |

May I present to you my Slave III!
I built it out of a single set, the #7259 ARC-170.
It follows the same frame structure, until you start the details.
I got the Figs in a few other sets.
One of the figs stands, like Boba, while the other sits upside down. (Boba's ship wasn't built for comfort ).
It doesn't have a cargo hold that fits 2 people AS SUCH, but it has 3 smal ones, 2 of which can fit a prisoner in each.
Boba stands in the cockpit, but the cockpit moves down in flight, so he still stands.
The rear of the ship has the Cargo hold, sorry the pic of it is a bit blurry.
The pix should be up and running in a few days.

Thank you, and good luck to the other participants. _________________ Such is the landscape of a madman's mind.

Hey I might be entering, can I use Lego Digital Designer? In real life I've only got a couple of sets and can't get more at the time. So, can I use LDD? |

Here it is, My Slave III!!!!!!!
Boba Fett's Slave III has an unusual cockpit that sits on the bottom of the ship instead of on top. On top is a prisoner observation deck. Slave III's weapons include 4 lasers, a double missle system, and 4 flamethrowers to burn the enemy's cockpit, and shatter it. Behind the hinge doors is the escape pod, equipped with life support system to survive the ambush. The prisoner deck is separated from Boba and the Escape pod to prevent any escape. If Boba is under attack, he can shoot the prison deck at the enemy, sacrifices must be made, and besides, Boba can capture someone else! ::D: the ship was made small to increase speed, because if he was to capture, say a Rebel from a Rebel Base, then he could get away quicker.

Oops ::D:. It looks like a mini but is really a minifig scale. 210 piecesare too much for a mini set. Are we allowed more than one entry? If so, I'll make a mini.

Sorry there isn't a runner up prize, umm donrayiv can you show the cargo hold and prove that a minifig can fit.
Thanks

no offense but a flame thrower is just not practical 1: you cant' have a fire in open space 2: flame throwers have very short range so it'd be hard to hit targets even in the atmosphere |

Using a flamethrower can be useful in battles over planets while within the orbit and gravitational pull. |

Jestermereel please refrain from criticizing at this time, let them do whatever they want and if they want flame throwers well then I guess we'll have fried bounties . If donrayiv wanted to be criticized he would have posted a MOC thread.
