The question is not CAN Jared do this, it is WILL he do it. We've all seen enough of his genius to know he can.

Yes I will see what I can come up with. It would be better to have one of these in hand but as that won't happen for a while. I will work from the picture.

Hey Chris good to see you. Hope you are well.

Already drawn. Just need to verify the line weights and colors by looking at a real fig.

If you intend on selling, never customize. If you don't, do what you will. Just remember a pristine fig is worth more than a used one.

Well, yeah. I guess. You'd have to go to the trouble of buying all those white legs on bricklink. But then you could keep the black hip/white leg parts somewhere safe.

a little topic but....
does anyone else think its completely lame that lego decided to change the stormies. Rolling Eyes
why not make a ALL NEW minifig instead of changing a perfectly good one. i've kind of had it with lego with all there re-releases and re-designs to begin with, then they pull this crap. Rolling Eyes

I have to agree with DND here. IMO, I think that they look better without them, their supposed to be genaric soldiars, so if they have only as much detail as they need, it makes them more "un-individual army" like. Rolling Eyes

I realize that many of my fellow forumites are very unhappy with these new stormtroopers, so I will charitably accept any and all new stormtroopers that these members may inadvertently acquire to prevent them from infiltrating their nice, plain-legged stormtrooper armies. Please ship any undesired decal'ed stormies to:

.... Wink

Uh, no. I'd just maybe put them on a sand trooper anyways.

Little Armory has awesome stuff, but does anyone know how much shipping is for an order of some o dat good stuff?
I was very impressed by the variety they have.
If anyone cares:
I have made quite a few custom guns myself.
-Megaphone with a 1x1 cylinder on the front (standard weapon)
-Ice Driller thingy with an old-school tow-truck exhaust pipe on the front (sniperish)
-Drill with a 1x1 cylinder (jangoish)
-Silenced Rifle:
However bad this may sound, i actually broke one of my rifles.
I shaved the front sight off the rifle and stuck a 1x1 cylinder on the front.
Voila! Silenced Rifle.

You might want to put that in the "Minifig weapons" thread.

I think the Stormtroopers were fine the way they were, but I think the new design is really cool and I'm looking forward to adding them to my army. Since everything but the legs appears to be the same, I don't think they will look bad with the other troops.
