Hello everyone, I just have a question. I want to be able to hook up my gaming systems (PS2 and X-box 360) to an old RCA XL 100 television. The problem is that my tv doesn't have the proper inputs in the back, just the cable input and two black colored inputs that don't connect either of my systems. Do I have to get some kind of converter cable or RF adapter? If you have any suggestions that would be great. And if you have a product suggestion, that would be awesome as well. You might wonder why I want to use this older tv...well, the tv is in a space that's out of the way and kinda where my friends and I hang out, and the other tvs I've been using are either my big 55 inch in the family room or small 19 inch in the kitchen. Not always the best places to game IMO. Thanks everyone Very Happy

I'v got a question. When I use things like GIMP or MS Paint, when I try to edit a picture, the colors don't work right. For example, I try to put some orange into the picture, but it comes out gray. But then when I just try to paint a new picture (Just opening up the program and begin painting), the colors work fine. Anyone know whats wrong?

I remember, I use to encounter that problem in Adobe Photoshop. If I remember correctly, I believe it has to do with the format of the picture you are trying to edit. Try changing the picture's format to JPG or something besides GIMP.

So I'm being virus'd, and it attacked me via an msn contact who had already been infected. My virus-scan (McAfee) doesn't ssem to be able to kill it off, becasue I'm in the middle of my third scan and it still seems to be causing havoc.

Anyone know what to do?

Follow the steps at the bottom to get rid of mcafee. Get AVG (my prefered) or something. Run the scan.
Turn your machine on and off again.

Some software have quarantine features built into the apps. Maybe it needs time to fully analyze the virus to shut it off from the rest of the computer...

OK, I think I'm good. Basically, I just got rid of the offending party (Windows Messenger) and reinstalled after restarting and downloading as many windows patches and fixes as my computer can find.

If it happens again, I'll format my compy, that should work, yes?

The security system our computers use is Norton Antivirus and it works every time; we moved to Norton FROM McAfee. I'd suggest installing it after you get out of this ditch.
