I love the delta 7 jsf, but the one from ROTS is still up there on my list of likes. Keeping with my love of utilizing the minifig hand I was able to use 12 in this mini. link
The v-19 has been done awhile, and I wasn't able to make the third wing "flip" around, or the third engine, but it's enough for me. link (link fixed)

Many hands make light work!
That's a lot of hands, and I think it may be a bit to many for me close up, but take a step back and it looks great! Maybe a 1x1 tooth bricks could be used at the front?
The V-19 looks great too, I think that scale is just too small for the swing wing to work, the manual method works just fine!
