Also, I added a new power core of sorts. The jewel is kinda like the battery or something, I guess. Smile

Comments appreciated. Hope you like it. Smile

I like the changes alot. The ship itself has always been a great looking craft but you probably already knew that. Smile I really like that there are small gaps between the sides of the engines and the rest of the ship, kind of space for cooling to take place.

I might have included some trans red in there to tie it in to the rest of the ship but I'm not sure what you're going for there.

I look forward to any more changes to this (and perhaps the O5?).

I'm actually considering removing the trans-red from the entire ship, pending a new hyperdrive/living quarters module I want to build that has a slightly different color scheme.

Thanks for the comments!

To be honest, Collin, I find the all-blackness of the ship to be a bit boring. I think this is a really cool concept (civilian space "car") and the shape is very nice, but it's color scheme seems unflattering.

IMO, you could do two things to fix this. If you're absolutely stuck on making it monochromatic, at least choose a more "lively" color such as red, blue, or green. Your other option would be to give it a second (and possibly third) "accent" color. Give it a cool "racing stripe" or something similar.

I know this probably sounds a bit harsh, but this is probably because I've become spoiled by looking at all the cool MOCs on classic space.

It's staying all black. That's how I roll. Smile But I do plan on putting a center stripe of blue along either side to match the hyperdrive module I want to build for it.
