The Banshee is one of the new Terran units for the upcoming StarCraft II game. I've been wanting to make a StarCraft MOC for a while now, and as I was looking through the new models for the game, I finally decided to build.
I picked the Banshee because it is one of the few units I could build in minifig scale without being way too large. Larger vehicles and vessels would probably best be done in 'game' scale (if you've played the game you know what I mean).
This model is a mix between the images I found on the official site as well as others which I believe are official as well. There have been a few different versions of the model, and only the designers know if they've settled on a final. I may (or may not Smile) update this when the game is released.
This took me roughly a week to build. Click the pics below for the full gallery (more pics coming later).

Enjoy!
-Matt

That is beautiful.

Wow.

Honestly, I am speechless.

Love the color combos and the overall shape to it. It looks menacing for sure. The details are well thought out.

Count me as a fan!

This thing sucks harder then a hoover vacuum. You really need to actually build good before you post crap like this. The pictures are blurry, the colors don't match, and the shape is just crap. You have gotten to be such a horrible builder. I'm ashamed.

I haven't looked into SC2 yet, but after seeing your awesome MOC, I will definitely look for videos/pics/etc. Smile

This is truly one of the most artistic vehicle MOCs, especially for something Starcraft, that I have ever seen. No suggestions, except for maybe reducing the "jaw-drop" factor. Wink Truly spectacular.
