It's taken me a couple of months and at least one 'I can't be bothered, this is too hard' periods but I finished it in the end Very Happy

When I first got TLG version I though 'This is pretty good and about the scale I'm building in right now, maybe I could adapt it a bit' But in the end I ended up with not much more than the printed dome!

More pictures on flickr
and brickshelf when public.
And here's a reference picture

The construction on this ship is great, the use of the plates layered down captures the angles really well. It's an intriguing shape you captured, for sure. Dk. Bley was a good color choice, looking over the reference once more, along with the subtle yellow highlights. As a huge fan of minifig SW stuff, I think this is great. The sloped down boxy look of the ship shows some difficult construction, and it looks excellent!

Very Happy

You do know it's 1/200 scale Juns, don't you.

Tim, this is freakishly huge, and quite frankly an extremely ugly ship. So kudos for making such a fantastic, and good looking version.
Always a treat to see your new stuff, whether expected or not (Seriously, Outrider, you know you want to).

You did, as usual, a great job. This is a brilliant little model and you included some awesome details (as if you wouldn't).
Can't wait for more (if it ever grows on you, Ebon Hawk Smile )

Keep building Tim, forever.

A record of excellence Tim! It's fully functional with rotating wings and all details! This proves you're a master of all scales! Bravo! Although I was not a big fan of "The Force Unleashed" your enthusiasm brings up new motivation for that project!

Cheers,

~ Chris

Kinda interesting how a mini is the size of lego's set. Wink The gray looks very nice, and the snot on the wings, and engine parts are terrific. A fine piece of work, as always.
